Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/2 pkg. sliced pepperoni (3 1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage (browned and drained)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix Bisquick and water, until soft dough forms. Roll or pat dough into 12 inch circle on ungreased cookie sheet, pinch edge of circle forming 1/2 inch rim.
